This home, located south of Houston was designed for a growing family of four. It is sensibly oriented with careful location of extended overhangs, covered porches and screen porch. In order to eliminate the potential harmful effects associated with attached garages, this home has a detached garage. Other features include:

· AERT "Moistureshield" exterior trim
· Thermal siphon by using high windows at stair tower to facilitate natural ventilation
· Local brick and limestone masonry over radiant barrier sheathing
· HARDIPLANK cementitious siding
· TERMIMESH non-toxic termite treatment
· High performance Vinyl windows with Southern Low E glazing
· Formaldehyde-free damp-blown cellulose insulation
· All interior doors are MDF Supa Doors
· Wood and tile floors throughout
· Granite countertops
· High efficiency gas furnace and A/C system with Space Guard filter and germicidal UV light filter
· ISOKERN masonry fireplace
