This project is located in Cinnamon Shore Village on Mustang Island along the Texas Gulf Coast.

The dominant 3 story Screened Porch Tower is designed to capture prevailing breezes and afford spectacular views along the coast line. The Rear Porch Balcony is designed for grilling and views of the Marsh. Interior space allows for large gatherings with family and friends with open living areas, 5 bedrooms and sleeping porches.
